Do you sell Genuine Authentic items?
You can be assured that you are buying only authentic items from iThreads. We only buy from authorized vendors. We do not sell fakes or cheap knockoffs.

What method of payments do you accept?
You can pay for your order through our secure network (see our Privacy Policy for more details) with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Be sure to have your card on hand to enter information that is only available on your credit card.
Is it safe to pay through your website?
Absolutely. We use SSL for all payment transactions. This insures that your credit card information is encrypted and cannot be read by others. You can feel confident that you are entering into a safe transaction.
Do I have to register or open an account to buy from you?
No, you do not. You will be given the option if you would like to register or complete the transaction without registering.
What are the benefits of registering with your site?
First, it will save you time on your future purchases with us. Your name and address will be saved and there will be no need to retype this information unless your information changes. We do not store your credit card information, you will need to re-enter your credit card information when you go through the checkout process.
Registering does not mean that you will automatically receive e-mails from us. When you register, you will be given the option to receive special offers and members only bargain e-mails. We let you decide what you want to receive in your e-mail.
Can I send an item to a friend?
Sure. You will be given the option to have the item shipped to an address other then your own when you go through the checkout process.
