Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order. We will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective merchandise. Shoes must be returned in their original box (the box must be returned in the same condition as sent to you). Please note that swimwear can be exchanged as long as the sanitary lining is intact and in Brand New Condition, there are no cash refunds on swimwear.
We make every attempt to quality check all items before they are shipped, however if you receive an item that is damaged we must be notified within 3 days of receipt. We will then instruct you on how to proceed with the damaged item.
Returns need to be postmarked within 20 days of receipt. We recommend that you send your return by insured, traceable mail. Include your packing slip for proper credit. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange
Please indicate style/size you would like to exchange for, you can call us in advance to check on availability and we will place an item on hold for you, 518-633-1254. We will be happy to send your first exchange at our expense, any exchanges after that will be charged a shipping/handling fee.
For all international buyers: Exchanges will be charged an additional shipping fee of $15.00.
Store Credit
We will be glad to issue you a store credit, redeemable at www.ithreads.com for the purchase price. There is no expiration date on store credits.
Refund
We will be glad to issue a refund to your credit card, or PayPal, however you originally made payment. Please note: Initial shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
