We ship fast!
You can expect that your package will be shipped within 24 hours, M-F. We do not ship on Saturdays and Holidays.
How will it ship?
All packages are shipped by USPS. We are happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs - Free!
Free to all US and APO/FPO addresses. Should you need your purchase extra fast we offer Express Mail shipping within the US. You will be given the option of Free Shipping or Express Shipping during checkout. International buyers including packages to Canada are charged for standard shipping.
Tracking
All US and APO/FPO addresses will receive tracking information via e-mail once your package has been shipped. All Express Mail packages, including Express Mail to International destinations will receive tracking via e-mail once your package has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Free shipping generally takes 2-3 business days, although this is not a guaranteed service. That means that it could take the post office longer. Should you need your package right away we would recommend that you use the Express Shipping option during checkout. Express Shipping is normally a guaranteed 24 hour delivery, some exceptions apply. You can always contact us to verify delivery time for Express Mail by calling 518-633-1254. Packages to Canada and all other International Destinations should expect about a week to receive their order, we have no control over packages going through customs.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada and most international destinations. In most cases we can provide in transit tracking, however, in some cases we can only confirm delivery. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
